Cilantro-Lime Chicken and Dry Riesling
We tried pairing soft, sweet, and honey-like Vermentino with a "go to" one-pan meal that is in our rotation for easy dinners. Our expectation was we'd find something dry and acidic to interact with the Latin flavors from the citrus and spices flavors. We ended up pivoting to Dry Reisling.

Most wine advice starts with the bottle. We start with what's on the table. Whether you're elevating your dining experience or limiting your drinking to meaningful choices, thoughtful pairings position wine as the supporting actor, not the star. The Dish Decides brings this cross-cultural instinct to the home cook who wants to drink with more intention, without turning dinner into a homework assignment.
